I created Layered Living as a quiet, intentional space for building sustainable wellbeing - one layer at a time.
Wellbeing isn’t built through extremes - it’s built through integration. Through layering simple practices that support your nervous system, your body, and your inner landscape in a sustainable way.
In this space I guide breathwork for regulation, movement that supports rather than depletes, meditation for clarity, and rituals that help you feel grounded in everyday life. Each practice is intentional. Each layer supports the next. Nothing rushed. Nothing forced.
I believe wellbeing should feel steady. It should feel accessible. It should feel like something you can return to anytime of the day.
